Remote Truck Diagnostics Service

Stuck in the bay or on the shoulder? A working diesel technician connects to your truck remotely, reads the faults, and walks you through the fix — usually within the hour.

Remote diagnostics is the service the industry was missing: you have the truck and (often) a basic scanner; we have the platform depth and twenty years of pattern recognition. One phone session resolves what forum threads take days to circle.

What a session covers

  • Fault diagnosis: you read codes with your scanner (or our guidance on blink codes); we interpret, rank causes, and direct the fix.
  • Forced regen guidance: precondition checks, procedure walkthrough, failed-regen troubleshooting.
  • Derate recovery: root-cause identification and the correct reset sequence — aftertreatment reference included free.
  • Tool coaching: using INSITE/DDDL/DAVIE4/PTT/Jaltest functions you haven't needed before — we drive, you watch and learn.

How it works

  • 1. Call or WhatsApp — describe the truck and symptoms.
  • 2. $149 flat per session (up to 60 minutes) — card or invoice.
  • 3. Connect: we guide you by phone/video, or screen-share if you have a laptop tool.
  • 4. Resolution or a clear repair plan with parts list. If we can't help, the session is free.
Fleet & shop plans: monthly remote-support subscriptions for operations that want a diagnostic department without hiring one — ask about fleet pricing.

What remote can't do

We can't turn a wrench, and we won't pretend otherwise: physical repairs, programming jobs requiring stable on-site conditions, and HV/EV safety work need hands on site. For those, you get a precise repair plan to hand any competent shop — often worth more than the diagnosis itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need for a remote session?

A phone, and ideally any J1939-capable scanner (even a basic one). No scanner at all? We start with dash lamps, blink codes and symptom diagnosis — slower, but workable.

How fast can you typically connect?

During business hours, usually within the hour. After-hours emergency slots are available for derated trucks at a $249 rate.

Is the $149 really flat — no upsell?

Flat. If the session identifies a tool you need, we'll say so and quote it — but the session fee never changes, and there's no obligation attached.
