Shipping
- US orders ship next business day; kits arrive in 2–5 business days with tracking.
- Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental US.
- International shipping to most countries; software licenses activate worldwide.
- Laptop kits ship insured with signature required.
Hardware returns
- 30-day return window on hardware in resalable condition; buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective.
- Defective hardware: advance replacement — we ship first, you return after.
- Refurbished Toughbooks carry the same 30-day window plus the 12-month warranty.
Software licenses
Genuine software licenses are registered to the purchaser at activation and cannot be returned once activated — this is OEM policy, not ours. Pre-activation cancellations are free. If a license won't activate on compatible hardware despite our remote support, we replace it. Questions about fit before buying?
